Arigato is een groeiende massagepraktijk met twee studio’s. Voor de dagelijkse ondersteuning van onze operatie zoeken we een nauwkeurige en servicegerichte back office en studio support medewerker. In deze functie ondersteun je de studio’s en het MT op administratief, communicatief en organisatorisch niveau.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Zorgen dat de dagelijkse gang van zaken in de studio’s soepel loopt.
• Beantwoorden van mails en telefoontjes van onze bezoekers.
• Bijhouden / antwoorden social media.
• Controleren en bijwerken van de dagelijkse agenda.
• Checken van betalingen en/of betaallinkjes sturen.
• Dagelijks contact met de masseurs en oplossen evt problemen.
• Versturen van pakketjes.
• Opvragen van- en reageren op reviews.
• Administratieve ondersteuning en voorkomende operationele taken.

Je werkt in een rol waarin overzicht, structuur en service centraal staan.

Wie jij bent:

• Je studeert op HBO-niveau of hebt dit niveau qua denken en werken.
• Je communiceert helder en vriendelijk.
• Je werkt secuur en gestructureerd.
• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en schakelt makkelijk.
• Je bent servicegericht en denkt mee.
• Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar mensenwerk centraal staat.

Affiniteit met lifestyle en wellness en ervaring in de hospitality business is fijn, maar geen vereiste.

Wat wij bieden:

• 8–16 uur per week in loondienst.
• Salaris tussen €16,50 en €18,50 bruto per uur, afhankelijk van ervaring.
• Flexibele werktijden, verdeeld over meerdere dagen.

Arigato is a growing massage practice with two studios. We are looking for daily support for our operation a precise and service-oriented back office and studio supportive.

In this position you support the studios and the MT on an administrative, communication and organizational level.

What you will do:

• Ensuring that the daily operations in the studios run smoothly.
• Answering emails and telephone calls from our visitors.
• Keep track of/answer social media Checking and updating the daily agenda.
• Checking payments and/or sending payment links.
• Daily contact with the masseurs and solving any problems Sending packages.
• Requesting and responding to reviews.
• Administrative support and common operational tasks.

You work in a role in which overview, structure and service are central. 

Who you are:

• You are studying at HBO level or have this level in terms of thinking and working.
• You communicate clearly and friendly.
• You work precisely and structured.
• You can work independently and switch easily.
• You are service-oriented and think along.
• You feel at home in an environment where people work is central.      

An affinity with lifestyle and wellness and experience in the hospitality business is nice, but not a requirement.

What we offer:

• Employed 8–16 hours per week.
• Salary between €16.50 and €18.50 gross per hour, depending on experience.
